Minimum Order:

The opening order is $200. On re-orders the minimum is $100.

Payment Methods:

We offer several payment options including all major credit cards. We offer COD terms to all first time customers. COD can be in the form of money order or cashiers check. COD company checks will be accepted after we approve your credit application. To establish terms we must approve your application. You may prepay for your goods. Prepayment is when you pay us, and the check clears before we ship. You may make bank wire transfers as well as arrange for telegraphic transfer direct to our bank account.

Sales Tax rules and regulations:

All orders delivered to Florida based accounts will be charged sales tax unless a Resale Certificate is submitted in the name or our company. The certificate must be renewed and submitted every year.

Shipping:

We use U.P.S for all shipment within the U.S. We will bill the customer for shipping according to weight. The standard U.P.S price list is used by us to determine the cost of shipping. When we ship COD, the customer will be charged the cod fee charged by U.P.S. If you require another method of shipping you must specify that at the time of order. All international shipments will be shipped by the preferred carrier of the customer. All documents will be sent via Fed Ex.

Custom Hang Tags:

Custom hang cards are available upon request. Please call for details.

Turnaround:

It is mutually beneficial for both of us, if we receive your orders in a timely manner. We will do our best to meet all of our ship dates established at the time of order.

Returns:

Returns will not be accepted unless authorized by Global Gifts.

Global Gifts’ designs are protected by U.S. and International copyright laws. Patented products are registered with the U.S Patent and trademark office. Any party found to violate the intellectual property rights of Global Gifts, or the U.S copyright, patent or trademark laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
